DAY 1 REVIEW; DAY TO HERE WE COME!

I need to review my day yesterday.  I had a ton of work to be done for Income tax which I did finish in the morning.  Ended up staying late at work, and then went home to cook dinner.

BAD STUFF:  No exercise, overwhelming hunger at 7pm and no dinner on the horizon.  Dinner wasnt until 9pm.  Need to fix that issue.  Think I'll work in a 6-7pm snack if possible.

GOOD STUFF--
Had milkshake for breakfast...turned into a smoothie when I added the frozen fruit.
Had cereal for lunch.
Only snack was a tootsie op and I looked up the calories for that...only 60.
Dinner..Had lamb cubes, broiled and orzo/rice one spoon full.  In all, I calculated about 1800 cals...that's not too far from my goal, but I did have no snacks until 7pm and then I had 2 handfuls of the damn crunchers on the kitchen counter.  Thankfully, I didnt feel I went overboard.

ONWARD..............
Was too lazy to do the milkshake this morning, but I DID!  and I'm happy I did.  It filled me up for the morning and I was just the "right" hungry for lunch...not famished.  Had another bowl of surgery today...1/2 less calories than yesterdays.  So far, calorie count is 350!  That makes me happy.  Becky is cleaning today, so I dont want to go home.  Will try to complete my work by 2:30 and then maybe go shopping!  That'll be fun!      WILL TRY TO DO THE BIKE TONITE!  Will see what I can talk myself into!
