whatever day it is!?!?!?!

Ok...pretty much have finished a week.  Time to re-assess....not that I havent been doing that all week.

Things didnt go exactly as planned...but overall, I'm still satisfied.  Forgot to weigh today... will have to do that for SURE in the morning.  Havent changed my work hours yet...had too many things to catch up on...and a couple times have wasted my time with video games.  Need to force a stop to that!  The other negative is that I havent really done much in terms of exercise.  I did the Wii one day and was happy with that...but must do more...will set a goal of at least 3 times this week.  Realized that Tuesdays are near to impossible, with Becky here in the morning...and Thursday mornings, with JMV home is not likely either...so my plan must be for Mon Wed and Fri mornings, prior to work.  Will set my alarm for 7 on those days and spend at least 30 mins doing something.


I found a GREAT free calorie counter app for my phone.  I LOVE IT!  It tracks your food daily, weekly, as well as your weight, exercise.  It also has a bar code reader for your ready made foods and a food search for restaurants, regular foods, and grocery store brands!  Theres nothing missing!  Have started using that on Wed and have been quite faithful with entering my foods.  I try to pick "generous" calorie listings so that I'm not
cheating on anything.  I even calculated what I had at the restaurant last night WHILE we were there...and barcode scanned my beer bottle!  My daily intake has been averaging in the 1400-1500 calorie range and I've had little to no in between snacking.  That in itself is a major change for me!

Overall, I'm quite pleased with my week.
