I've made it this far..and feel quite successful! I've not snacked on anything between meals all this week...downfall being at home at 6:00pm. Rest of days have been fine. Had cheese soup and chopped salad for dinner last night and a tall beer. Probably could have made better choices, but overall....day went well. Today I found a cool app on my phone where I can calculate/tabulate my daily calories! Its really cool...I can even scan in bar codes to something I've eaten! Today, for lunch I had special K cereal, skim milk and Yogurt for lunch! The cereal and yogurt both scanned in! So cool! 6pm, was still in office, so I had 2 pieces of beef jerky and am still quite satisfied now..at 7:30. Headed to the grocery store for rotisserie chkn and salad fixin's.

OMG 4 pounds in 4 days?! that's amazing. this is working! it sounds like you're not having as much success with cutting back on work though!
